What we collect

When you create an account or place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address if you choose delivery, and what you order. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

When you visit, we also record how you arrived (for example, the ad or link you clicked), which pages you view, and technical details such as your browser and approximate location from your IP address.

Advertising and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site. We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to orders. These services receive information about your visit and your orders, such as the products you view or buy and the order total. For orders, our server also sends Meta and Google an order record that can include your email address, phone number, name and ZIP code. Email, phone, name and ZIP code are scrambled (hashed) before they are sent.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We set a cookie that remembers how you first found us and which ad or link you clicked last. It lasts 90 days. Google Analytics and Meta set their own cookies (such as _ga, _fbp and _fbc) to recognize your browser. Our sign-in and cart also use cookies that the site needs to work.

Your choices

• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
• Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Change your ad settings with Meta at facebook.com/adpreferences.
• Ask us to delete your account or the data we hold about you.
