Great roast for Sandwich Meat To make really great sandwich meat. Rub down the roast with olive oil, garlic and thyme. Roast in oven at 375 for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and cooking pan. Let cool, slice roast against the grain in thin slices and refrigerate to use for sandwiches the whole week. Yummo
