Sirloin Steak

Flavorful Steak Sirloin is my personal favorite. It is sometimes not as tender as other cuts, but my gosh at the Beefy robust flavor it has. Each steak weighs 1.25 and up. My way of doing a sirloin is in a black cast iron skillet. I run a jacaric across it season it heat the skillet has hot as you can. Sear 2 minutes on either side. Remove from skillet and let rest for about 7 minutes then slice against the grain. Perfect on a spring spinach salad.
