Beef Eye of Round Roast

Great recipe in the description Tink's Grassfed Beef-Eye of the Round Roast Eye of the round roasts are great roasted in the oven and make great sandwich meat. To roast an eye of the round, I first rub it down with olive oil or bacon grease. I put garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Place in 375 oven for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and pan, place on cooling rack. When cool shave (slice very thin) it makes the best french dip sandwich or just a yummy roast beef sandwich. Great option for the summertime.
